Juvenile Delinquency Court San Bernardino

Juvenile Delinquency Court San Bernardino is located in San Bernardino County at 900 East Gilbert Street, San Bernardino, CA 92415. The Court is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except holidays.

The Juvenile Delinquency Court hears all proceedings relating to juvenile delinquency cases and dependency cases in which the minor has been removed from the custody of the parent or guardian pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code section 300. The Court also has jurisdiction to hear proceedings relating to adoption, guardianship and conservatorship of a minor.

The Juvenile Delinquency Court is presided over by the Honorable Judge David K. Cohn. The Court is divided into four departments: Department A, presided over by the Honorable Judge Gary Sallinger; Department B, presided over by the Honorable Judge Michael A. Smith; Department C, presided over by the Honorable Judge Ronald H. Styn; and Department D, presided over by the Honorable Judge Douglas P. Woodside.
