Pomona Courthouse South

Pomona Courthouse South is located in Los Angeles County at 400 Civic Center Plaza, Pomona, CA 91766. The courthouse is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except on holidays.

The Pomona Courthouse South houses the following court departments:

-Civil

-Small Claims

-Traffic

-Criminal Traffic

-Restraining Orders

-Superior Court Commissioner’s Office

-Juvenile Court

-Courtroom 10 is used for Juvenile arraignments, Juvenile detention hearings, and Probation violation hearings.

The courthouse also has a Victim Witness Assistance Center which is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The center provides information and support to victims of crime and their families.
