Siskiyou County Superior Court

Siskiyou County Superior Court is located in Siskiyou County at 311 4th Street P.O. Box 1026, Yreka, CA 96097-1027. The court handles felony, misdemeanor, and infraction cases originating in Siskiyou County. The court also has exclusive jurisdiction over probate matters, conservatorships, guardianships, adoptions, and change of name petitions.

The court is comprised of seven Superior Court judges who each preside over criminal, civil, juvenile, probate, and family law matters. The court employs approximately 85 court staff members who work in a variety of areas including clerical support, judicial support, probation, and administration.

The Superior Court is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Office hours for specific departments within the court may vary.
