Needles Courthouse

Needles Courthouse is located in San Bernardino County at 1111 Bailey Avenue, Needles, CA 92363. The courthouse is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding court holidays.

The Needles Courthouse handles criminal, family law, and small claims cases. Criminal cases include misdemeanors, felonies, juvenile offenses, and proceedings under the California Welfare and Institutions Code. Family law cases include dissolution of marriage, legal separation, child custody and visitation, child support, and spousal support. Small claims cases involve disputes between private parties up to $10,000 in value.

The Needles Courthouse is accessible to persons with disabilities. A wheelchair-accessible entrance is available on the east side of the building. An elevator is available to provide access to all courtrooms and the clerk’s office on the second floor. Large-print versions of court forms are also available.
