Old Courthouse

Old Courthouse is located in Santa Clara County at 161 N. First Street, San Jose, CA 95113. It is a beautiful building that has been restored to its original glory. The Old Courthouse was built in 1875 and served as the center of government for Santa Clara County until 1931. It is now open to the public as a museum and cultural center.

The Old Courthouse features exhibits on the county’s rich history, including its Native American, Spanish, Mexican and American heritage. There is also a lovely courtyard with a gazebo, and the building is surrounded by beautiful gardens. The Old Courthouse is definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!
