The Santa Clara Courthouse is a six-story building that houses the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara. The court has general jurisdiction over all civil and criminal matters in the county. The courthouse also contains two jury assembly rooms, eight courtrooms, four hearing rooms, and two conference rooms. The building is accessible to the public via a skybridge from the parking garage.
The Santa Clara Courthouse was built in 1997 and is located in downtown Santa Clara. The courthouse is adjacent to the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) light rail station and is served by the VTA Bus lines 522 and 23. The building is also within walking distance of the Santa Clara Convention Center, California’s Great America theme park, and Levi’s Stadium.
